INGREDIENTS
● 1 large egg
● 1/4 cup sour cream
● 1 cup almond flour
● 2 teaspons baking powder
● 1/4 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
● preheat oven to 350
● in medium bowl, mix egg, sour cream, and salt
● mix in almond flour and baking powder
● scoop into 3-4 ramekins OR make mounds on cookie sheet (like drop biscuits)
● bake 15-18 minutes
